01 Guided tours
It walks to an element, points at it and explains, step by step. Build tours in the cabinet, or mark elements on the page with data-webgochi-tour attributes.
Pixel-art guide for websites
Webgochi is a pixel-art character that lives on your site. It gives guided tours, answers questions with AI and hands the hard ones to you, plays with visitors, collects leads and catches people on their way out. One script tag. Try the one in the corner.

What it does
Everything a visitor might need from a website, done by someone who can walk over and show them.
It walks to an element, points at it and explains, step by step. Build tours in the cabinet, or mark elements on the page with data-webgochi-tour attributes.
Answers come from your own knowledge, with AI. The hard questions go to a human: you reply from Telegram or the cabinet, and the reply appears in the widget.
Poke it, pet it, drag it, throw it. It sleeps when ignored and does tricks when asked. Reflexes make people stay a little longer.
Asks for a name and an email at the right moment: in the chat, in a form, or on exit. The lead goes to Telegram, email, or a webhook for Zapier, Make and any CRM.
When the cursor heads for the close button, it jumps in with your message or offer: a discount, a demo, a question.
Why not a chat bubble
Chat bubbles were designed to be ignored until someone is already stuck. A character gets ahead of that.
A bubble sits in the corner until someone needs it. A character walks over to the thing you want seen, points at it and explains how it works.
People poke what moves. A visitor who throws your mascot across the page is a visitor who is still on the page, and who remembers it.
AI takes the routine questions; the rest go to you. A handoff, not a dead end: you reply from Telegram, the visitor sees it in the widget.
Characters
Every site starts with the classic blob in your colours. Then you send a brief and references, the team draws your character in the studio and ships it to your site. Included in the plan.

14-day free trial. No card. Cancel anytime.
Fair use: AI answers have hourly caps per visitor and per site so a runaway script cannot run up the bill. Normal human traffic does not reach them. Everything else is unlimited.
Integrations
Leads and handoffs leave the widget the moment they happen, in the channel you pick. Several at once if you like.
Leads and handoffs land in your chat or group. Reply to the message, and the visitor sees your reply in the widget.
Signed JSON to any URL: Zapier, Make, n8n, your own CRM. Every delivery carries a signature you can verify.
A lead or a handoff as an email to the address you choose. Nothing to set up beyond the address.
FAQ
One script tag with your site key, pasted before the closing body tag or added through Google Tag Manager. The script loads asynchronously, after your page, from our CDN; it does not block rendering. The widget draws itself in its own shadow DOM, so it does not touch your styles and your styles do not touch it.
Yes. It works on any site where you can add a script tag: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Tilda, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, plain HTML, React or Next, and through Google Tag Manager. The cabinet has short per-platform instructions.
Yes. The widget is plain JavaScript and works in webviews. For hybrid apps, you add the app’s origin to the allowed list in the cabinet so the widget is served to it.
The widget is one small script loaded asynchronously after the page, from a CDN, and it waits for the browser to be idle before it appears. It never blocks your content.
Sign up, then send a brief and references from the cabinet: what your brand looks like, what the character should wear or hold, the mood. The team draws it in our studio and switches it on for your site. It is included in the plan.
Yes. Colours, name, size, which corner it lives in, its voice and how much it wanders are settings in the cabinet. Changes apply on the next page load.
You may use it on your own sites and materials. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. The details are in the terms.
Yes. The menu has a “Not now” choice: the character goes to its corner and stays quiet for a cooldown you set. It also keeps out of the way on its own: after a while without attention it returns to the corner.
From the knowledge you write in the cabinet (your FAQ, pricing, policies, anything else) plus the page the visitor is on. The assistant is instructed not to invent facts, and it can hand the conversation to you when it is unsure or when the visitor asks for a person.
When the assistant or the visitor asks for a person, the conversation switches to human mode and you get a notification in Telegram, by email or by webhook. Reply to the Telegram message or from the cabinet, and the reply appears in the widget. Close the conversation, and the assistant takes over again.
Fair use: hourly caps per visitor and per site, so a runaway script cannot run up the bill. Normal human traffic does not reach them. Tours, play, leads, exit intent and human replies are unlimited.
It answers in the visitor’s language. The widget’s own interface (menu, buttons) is available in English and Russian for now.
Every site gets 14 days free with everything included, and we do not ask for a card. When the trial ends the widget pauses until you subscribe; your settings and character stay.
Anytime, from the cabinet. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. No partial refunds for the remaining days, except where the law requires them.
Chat messages, the page URL, a hashed IP address, the country, the browser user agent, and the details a visitor leaves in a lead form. The widget sets no cookies; it keeps a random visitor id in the browser’s local storage. You own this data; the privacy page lists everything.
